Terms and Conditions – GenNext Travel

By booking a trip with GenNext Travel, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully as they form the basis of your agreement with us.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as communicated at the time of booking.

• Clients must provide accurate personal details and travel preferences at the time of reservation.

2. Payment Terms

• A minimum deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure a booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the tour.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods. Bank charges are the responsibility of the client.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing and will be effective from the date received.

• Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • More than 60 days before departure: 10% of the total cost

  • 30–59 days before departure: 30% of the total cost

  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total cost

  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% (no refund)

• No refunds will be made for unused services or early departures.

4. Travel Insurance

• It is strongly recommended that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, and personal belongings.

• GenNext Travel is not liable for any losses arising from events not under our control.

5. Travel Documents & Requirements

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and other travel documents required for the trip.

• GenNext Travel provides assistance but is not responsible for any denial of entry or travel interruptions due to document issues.

6. Changes to Itinerary

• While we make every effort to operate trips as advertised, circumstances may require changes due to weather, local conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

• GenNext Travel reserves the right to make changes to itineraries, accommodation, or transportation when necessary, with as much notice as possible.

7. Liability & Responsibility

• GenNext Travel acts only as an agent for the suppliers (hotels, transport, guides, etc.) and shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third parties.

• Participation in any tour or activity is at your own risk.

8. Health & Fitness

• Some tours may require a moderate level of fitness. Clients are responsible for assessing their suitability for the trip and disclosing any medical conditions.

• GenNext Travel reserves the right to deny participation if a client is deemed unfit or poses a safety risk.

9. Code of Conduct

• Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, fellow travelers, and local communities.

• GenNext Travel reserves the right to remove a participant from a tour without refund if they display inappropriate or unsafe behavior.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Tanzanian courts.
